We are looking for a Sales Supervisor (Key Accounts) to join our team. You will be responsible for direct/Indirect sales management & business development in any area in KSA as assigned by the company.In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotasResponsibilities:Lead the team to deliver sales performance that meets the set company objectives. Closely monitor direct (Company’s) or in-direct sales (Distributor) performance and make every effort in attaining the sales targets & business objectives as set by the company.Supervise the team in ensuring effective sales coverage & penetration. Develop an action plan to lead a team in the achievement of set sales objectives.Visit existing customers to maintain strong and good relations, identify market potential & establish new customers and develop the business in the assigned area. Ensure coverage of all assigned accounts as per plan.Responsible to monitor and maintain product quality & quantity and take necessary measures to avoid wastage. Must take an active role in collecting/managing orders from distributors and preparation/communication of forecasts to the company.Ensure to maintain/expand the company’s display space in the market, monitor the stock in markets and ensure availability and visibility measures are in place.Ensure timely collection of the outstanding amounts through regular follow-up and timely visits to customers for collection. Liaise between the company and customers for any dispute or discrepancies in the statement of accounts (SOA).Ensure timely response to customer requirements, and establish & maintain a strong relationship with customers by serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer for all their requirements/queries.Accountable and responsible for collecting and submitting the post-sales performance details to the reporting manager on regular basis.Any other sales & marketing-related tasks as assigned by the management (eg. Market survey, competition activities, participating in exhibitions, sampling events, etc.).Ensure relevant procedures to maintain and achieve product safety, legality and quality aspects.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized universityChannel Knowledge (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Food Service, E-Comm., Wholesale, etc,) Must know market tactics, Product & Industry Knowledge5-7 years of experience, minimum 2-5 years in a supervisory role preferably in FMCG/Fresh food business.Proficient in MS Office, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Customer Service & Management Skills.Product Knowledge, understanding of cold chain processes, understanding of FMCG/Fresh product setup & working.Bilingual, proficient in Arabic & English. A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset must be an achiever. Also should be to drive a Car.
