AUG is hiring a front office for its office in Ajman free zone.You will provide administrative support to an organization’s staff, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing files and records, and performing various other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Some specific duties of a secretarial/front office job may include:Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.Answering and directing phone calls and taking messages.Scheduling appointments and meetings and managing calendars.Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email.Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations.Performing basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and record-keeping.Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.In terms of software knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is usually required. Knowledge of other software and tools may also be beneficial, depending on the specific needs of the organization, such as:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.Accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.Project management software, such as Asana or Trello.Document management software, such as Dropbox or Google Drive.Communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack or Zoom.Additionally, knowledge of basic office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and printers, is usually required.
