Interior design and build company is looking for a responsible and highly experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:- providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities- handling administrative requests and queries from the managers- preparing and issuing LPO and follow up with suppliers- developing and maintaining a filing system- updating and maintaining office policies and procedures- handling visas procedures for the employeesRequirements:- proven experience as an administrative assistant- proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work- attention to detail and problem solving skills- excellent written and verbal communication skills- strong organizational skills with ability to multi-taskThe candidates who think can fit required position should send CV to: careers at soltisinteriors dot ae
