Senior Accountant

i am looking for a Senior Accountant for the company Job description / Role:• Verify allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable,• Produce error-free accounting reports,• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status,• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending,• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant,• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures wherever applicable,• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers,• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process,• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule,• Assist with tax audits and tax returns (VAT & Corporate Tax),• Plan assign and review staff s work• Support month-end and year-end close process• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports(Monthly, Quarterly & Annually),• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.• Documents financial transactions & filling),• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports,• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures,• Coordinating activities and answering questions,• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information,• Maintains financial security by following internal controls,• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements,• Banking,• Prepare Salaries, wages and final settlements,• VAT Return filling, well versed with VAT Rules,• Must have knowledge for Corporate Tax,• Always have can do approach and must handle the department independently,• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions,• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends,• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidentiality.
