We are looking for smart and talented Senior Accountant to join our team :REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5-8 years of experience in home country & in UAE. The potential candidate should have: 1. Bachelors degree in accounting stream.2. Knowledge/experience in accounting softwares. 3. Should posses excellent communication skill. 4. Should have experience in CONSTRUCTION SECTOR. The candidate must be looking after the below but not limited to: • Overseeing all operations related to payroll management. • Developing & implementing systems, conducting profitability analysis and preparing key reports to exercise financial control to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization. • Leading the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalization of financial statements. • Streamlining working procedures and formulating cost-effective solutions to enhance operations of the company. • Liaising with Trust Finance Department relating to orders, invoices & payments, receipt and distribution duties. • Collaborated with the senior management team in improving & executing strategies & processes and accomplishing corporate goals & profitability for the company. • Developed & implemented automated financial accounting systems that increased transparency and reduced processing time for control, security, standardization, improved service and cost reduction• Established a cash flow reporting system with a critical focus on operating, investment & financing flow.• Any other work task assigned by the Senior Management.
