Your focus will be on guiding, supporting and managing the candidate through our onboarding process while also managing the expectations of our internal stakeholders.The team supports the onboarding of all joiners in the Consulting business – full-time, fixed term and contingent workers.As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as a team of problem solvers. Responsibilities and expectations will include:Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsWorking, sharing, and collaborating with othersManagement, validation, and analysis of relevant dataWorking with existing processes & systems while also identifying areas for improvement/developmentAbility to follow policies and proceduresProactive approach to learning and upskillingUpholding the firms code of ethics and business conductRequirements: Education and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management is preferredProfessional Human Resources certification (i.e CIPD, PHR) is an advantageLanguage: Proficiency in spoken and written English and overall ArabicExperience:4-5 years of human resources experience is preferredDesired Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent Excel skillsStrong customer service orientation
