Our core operations are omni-channel fulfilment and transportation services with region wide coverage of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and UAE.Role Summary and Contribution:Role: Senior BuyerDepartment: ProcurementReporting Line: Procurement ManagerWork Location: Riyadh, KSASenior Buyer is responsible to work with Procurement Manager to identifies varied sources of commodities and services, evaluates bids, awards contracts and purchase orders, develops standards for new products or services, maintains contact with vendors, and maintains comprehensive descriptions of available goods/service and current pricesJob Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure that day-to-day activities are compliant with internal policies and procedures, for example, but not limited to:converting a purchase request (PR) to a purchase order (PO).Payment process and VAT requirement.Vendor pre-qualifications and registration.Tender management and price analysis.Review the existing policies and recommend an alternative suggestion to improve supplier relationship management and the purchase to payment lifecycle in order to meet department goals and KPIs.Review documents submitted by vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements.provide support and research and assist in obtaining all required approvals, maintain all spreadsheets, evaluate all corrections for the same, and establish all best purchase activities.Coordinate with vendors to maintain knowledge on all goods/services and delivery schedules, evaluate vendors and manage purchases with other departments.Resolving receiving issues came from internal and external stakeholders related to the system, PR/PO, and payment.Manage all communication with all vendors and track all orders to resolve any issues that will affect the supplier’s partnership and goods or services delivery.overseeing the processing of standard and blanket Purchase the order and ensure that the actual cost matches the expected cost and meets the requirements for the goods/services.Monitor all supplier performance in terms of service delivery, quality, and rate.Develop relationships with suppliers to improve their service level.Support the operation team in their requirement to perform their activities.Desired Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, or relevant field.2-3 years of experience in Logistics Industry.
