Job Purpose—————————————-We need urgently the following due to overloaded in Estimation (tendering)1. Sr. Estimator – (Civil Engineer) – 2 2. Sr. Estimator – (Mechanical Engineer) – 13. Sr. Estimator – (Electrical Engineer) -1———————————————————————————————————–Duties and Responsibilities:1. Review and analyze tender documents to determine the overall scope of work and assign materials take off task to relevant quantity surveyor.2. Provide technical estimation expertise and coordinate activities with other estimation team members when required.3. Provide professional expertise in resolution of complex estimation problems.4. Review BOQ documents prepared by quantity surveyors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work.5. Apply optimum estimation techniques according to procedures and provides detailed estimation breakdown.6. Participate in developments of cost estimation techniques with other team members.7. Conduct site visits and meet with client whenever required to collect the right information to prepare accurate estimation documents.8. Assist estimation manager in biding analysis————————————————————————————————————————————3 – Job Specification:• Required Educational Level:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.• Required Experience:• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.• Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge:• Good communication skills.• Planning, organizing, and time management skills.• Problem solving skills.• Analytical skills.• knowledge of CSI and FIDIC.• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
