Ruya is working with a leading bank based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that are looking for a Senior HR Manager, with expertise in learning & development to join their team. The position will report into the Head of HR.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Initiate learning & development programs within the organization by planning, creating & executing training plans.Manage budgets & forecast budgets related to learning & development Work on improving induction programs Initiate talent development strategies such as succession planningWork closely with the HR team to support with other HR related functions Support the Head of HR with strategic initiatives Role Criteria:7+ years’ of overall industry experienceMust currently be at a manager or senior manager rolePreference will be given to candidates that have worked in international organizationsBachelor Degree in Business Administration/HR or any related fieldsIn support of nationalization, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia
