Senior Information Technology Specialist

To drive the IT operations across the organization and provide IT support to the local business partners based on Global IT guidance and governance. The Sr. IT specialists troubleshoot technical issues and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.ResponsibilitiesDeliver information technology services to the business partners within the organization.Provide an efficient IT Infrastructure & workplace (servers, switches, routers desktops/laptops/cisco phones, IP CCTV) for all employees within the company.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic technics and pertinent questions.Taking care of the IT tickets with SLA.Set up new users’ accounts and profiles.Installing and configuring hardware and software.Organize the daily ICT operations and support services in the IT organization.Assure the IT governance and security in the IT organization.Assure the quality and reliability of local systems, applications, IT processes, and other ICTInfrastructure.Provide support for company system ERP “MS Navision” in coordination with NAV group developers and provide the necessary support for users to resolve the issues.Handling IP telephone and camera systems.Handle the IT purchasing stationery and devices with the support of the supply chain.Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.Work closely and cooperate with related functional interfaces across the organization.Willing to travel to company sites. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer/Management information system or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems.Proficiency in English.Good communication Skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Good presentation skills.CCNA certificate is a plus.
