Senior Officer-Workforce Planning

Job description: Previous Experience or at least basic understanding on Workforce Budgeting Or workforce financials. Applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, Optimal Grading distribution) Assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives Conducting workforce gap analyses and assessments to identify gap reduction strategies including an evaluation of operational effectiveness, including systems, policies, and standards; identification of defects, gaps, and areas of risk; documentation of workforce trends Providing recommendations on how to structure the organization and deploy the workforce Characterizing internal and external barriers to accomplishing strategic workforce goals Developing action plans to implement the strategies, and measures for assessing strategic progress including recruiting, training/retraining, restructuring organizations, contracting out, succession planning, technological enhancements, etc. Providing comprehensive source of global talent supply and demand data, predictive analytics and insights into real-time job markets  JOB SPECIFICATIONS Academic and professional qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Engineering/Business Admin.  Years and Nature of Experience:  4-5 years of relevant experience in related industry
