Jobs at this level are responsible for assisting and providing inputs in implementation of various human resource operations activities such as implementation of HR initiatives and processes, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholder to ensure timely processing of paperwork related to benefits administration, payroll processing and other HR services. Also, they are responsible for acting as a point of contact for internal customers providing information and resolving any non-complex human resource operational issues.Research and utilise the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees.Support in filling vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritising both volume and “difficult to fill” positions.Conduct interviews to understand and analyse capabilities against prevailing job requirements.Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts within numerous channels, such as, for example career portal, employee referral, social network, and other channels to attract candidates and build relationships with applicants.Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client/business.Provide inputs and assists in implementation of end-to-end on – boarding process for all new hires of STC to ensure new hires are familiarized with STC culture and their role.Assist seniors in coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing of paperwork of all operations related to GOSI, payroll, benefits administration, expenses and third party payments.Perform routine activities within the specified scope.Understand job and its requirement which may not be a part of job description provided.Coordinate with HRBPs and related work units/partners to spot gaps and weaknesses.Provide assistance in management of HR initiatives and processes such as employee engagement, performance appraisal etc. and liaises with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collection of requisite data.Assist immediate supervisor in the implementation of all HR operations procedures including personnel services, and ensures requisite administrative assistance is available to employees.Handle all non-complex employee queries/complaints pertaining to HR processes and escalates complex issues to immediate supervisor for resolution.Provide assistance in implementation of human resources improvement projects and provides an update on their progress on a periodic basis.Analyse all reports pertaining to HR processes to identify areas for improvement, under the guidance of seniors, when required.Help with routine work and escalates issues, as necessary.Liaise within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.Ensure the update of employee personal profile after related transaction and after each data related to the organisation changes
