Senior Procurement Manager

Needed a Senior Procurement Manager (ICT) for a temporary project of 6 months in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities The role holder is responsible for all ICT purchasing throughout the process of evaluating suppliers, conducting interviews with vendors, negotiating supplier agreements, and managing supplier and vendor contracts. His/her duties are to ensure that CLIENT obtains quality products/services at competitive prices promptly, ensure that CLIENT sticks to budgets and operates profitably, and determine the best ways to decrease procurement expenses. The successful candidate will demonstrate the highest level of supply chain professionalism will be aware of ICT industry best practices and be able to apply them within the Client’s day-to-day business activities. The role will encompass pre-contract procurement acquisition as well as elements of post-contract commercial administration, ensuring that contract outturn costs are predictable and managed. QualificationsSaudi citizen or valid IqamaBachelor’s degree in IT and/or Supply Chain Management and/ or Business AdministrationMasters’ degree preferredExperience in Procuring ICT categories is a must. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar roleAbility to support the Management in strategic and operational decisions Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity inanalyzing themarket & worked/lead the ICT categories in Procurement.Familiar with SAP, ARIBA, or other ERP systems
