Job DescriptionSaudi Arabia Parsons Limited (SAPL) are seeking a Senior HSE Training Coordinator to join the existing team at the Yanbu Industrial City Program. Reporting to the Program Training Manager and working closely with the HSE Department Manager this is a newly created role and will assist in managing and extending first class HSE training services across the Program as the volume of work across all departments increases.Major activities for this role will include but are not limited to:Conduct HSE training needs analysis for employees and contractors related to HSE Policy and Procedures.Develops, implements, and conducts appropriate HSE training programs to support identified needs.Source HSE training solutions to meet identified requirements using 3rd party providers where appropriate.Handle logistics for HSE training activities including venues and equipmentSelect appropriate HSE training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, testing, professional development classes)Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all HSE training and maintain training records for the company.Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees and contractors Design, prepare and order HSE training aids and materialsMaintains a documented inventory of HSE training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of HSE training is maintained against all employees and contractors.Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of HSE training on performance.Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.We are seeking applicants with already proven HSE Training Coordination skills. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have had exposure within construction and heavy industries (such as manufacturing / O&G) where the emphasis on training is heightened.In addition the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate his / her experience and exposure to all phases of training delivery including instructional design, coordination, set up and resource the training sessions, manage attendance, provide auditable information.Furthermore The Successful Applicant Must Posses The Following CredentialsBachelor’s degree qualified in Training, HR or related field.A minimum of 8 years relevant HSE training experience.NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH qualified.Fully familiar and experience with instructional design methods including ADDIEExperience in the delivery of instructor led sessions and one to one coachingWell-developed communication skills, writing skills and computer literacy in the English languageAccomplished ability in public speaking in the English languageFinally, any applicant must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills; have a ‘can do’ attitude with strong problem solving skills; excellent time management and organizational skills.Minimum Clearance Required To StartNot Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
