Social Media Specialist Wanted!We are seeking to add a creative and motivated individual to our team as a Social Media Specialist. The perfect candidate will have an excellent understanding of social media platforms and experience creating, executing social media campaigns and general marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals.• Manage and grow company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and pay-per-click advertising.• Bring forward innovative marketing ideas on and off the grid to aid the process of brand-building process.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
