Social Media Specialist

• Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.• Responsible to monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments & messages, and oversee creative design.• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy• Define most important social media KPIs• Manage and oversee social media content and telegram channel• Measure the success of every social media campaign• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies• Develop content that is informative, engaging & appealing• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network• Provide constructive feedbackRequirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role• Great interpersonal and communication skills• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Telegram and other social media best practices• Good understanding of social media KPIs• Familiarity with web design and publishing• Excellent multitasking skills• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills• Team player and also an excellent leader• Good time-management skills
