Software Project Manager-Saudi National

We are looking for a Software Project delivery manager with computer science background and a proven track record of delivering software projects for at least 5 years onshore and off shore both.The candidate should have managed on-site teams and off site teams successfully.He should be certified in scrum as a scrum master and product owner with great communication skills.The candidate will work for IO Tech and will manage teams onsite and remotely and convert product visions and strategies to reality.He is expected to meet with clients frequently in Saudi and UAE.He should be young and energetic, having experience in creating enterprise grade SaaS products is going to be great.More importantly the candidate should have strong documentation skills and clear understanding of project management methodologies and practices with a strong sense of risk management.
