Overview Position Sr. Territory Management Specialist Job Code Reports to Sr. Manager Municipal Services & Regional Offices Direct Reports TBD Division/Section Municipal Services & Regional Offices Department NEOM Municipal Affairs Sector NEOM Municipal Affairs Job Family Role Purpose Responsible for creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact between NEOM and its related stakeholders in the region under his/her responsibility. Provide quality customer service, ensure NEOM Municipal affairs business continuity, and solve NEOM issues with related stakeholders (private sector, government affairs, local municipalities within NEOM region, operational services related to electrical, civil, waste management, and other services. Build positive relationships by supporting NEOM Municipal Affairs projects, assess the department needs, identify customer requirements, and improve the operations of a business through more efficient procedures, systems, and enhanced processes. Key Accountabilities & Activities Responsible for reviewing all NEOM Municipal Affairs related issues pertaining to municipal services. Preparing personal development plan to enhance personal skills and capabilities. Contributing positively to the execution of the transferred municipal services to NMA (NEOM Municipal Affairs) responsibility as required. Assuring the continuation of business operations through execution of NEOM Municipal Affairs regulations and services SLA (Service Level Agreements) contract terms. Continuing to manage consumer issues under NEOM Municipal Affairs and its stake holders. Supporting NEOM Municipal Affairs to align NMA regional offices business activities with NMA’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives Supporting the operations carried out by service providers in the region. Coordinating operational activities with private sector companies, NEOM government affairs, and other municipal bodies and officials in the assigned region. Supporting the education and awareness of all stakeholders, tenants, businesses and property owners on their rights, responsibilities, and changes to the law through awareness campaigns and other types of channels. Supporting registration cycle and licensing of commercial businesses in the assigned region/territory. Conciliating disputes between consumers, different traders, tenants, and property owners. Striving to create a culture of compliance with NEOM regulations and NMA standards. Attending meetings and generating minutes of meetings. Conducting regular site visits and providing action reports. Preparing site visits plan to serviced areas. Preparing preliminary incident reports and keeping records of all incidents in the region for statistical analysis. Conduct research and advocate for NMA regulation that furthers its work to support communities. Review and advise on consumer legislation and industry codes. Enforce and ensure compliance with consumer laws. Contributing with innovative ideas to enhance municipal services operations. Any other related tasks. Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 3-5 years of experience or more in local municipality role preferably or similar within KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) Excellent background in organizational management Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Arabic & English language Innovative & Forward Thinking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government relations, general management, or related fields.
