Should have 3-5 years of experience in Steel structure Design and could execute the following:1. Arranging the out-put files for the structural calculation, and summarizing all load assumptions and combination, soil investigation report and discussion regarding foundation type choice, discussions regarding member sizes, rebar details (diameters and spacing), steel connection details, welds, bolts, and base plates, and discussions regarding discrepancies between contract requirements and referenced standards/codes (ACI, ASCE, AISCE or others).2. Reviewing the soil investigation reports submitted by the geotechnical engineer and choosing the appropriate foundation according to the allowable bearing capacity, soil shear strength, water table, subgrade reaction modulus, and analyzed soil layers.3. Performing hand (mathematical) calculations for miscellaneous concrete and steel members to come up with basic sizes in order to be checked adequately using structural analysis software, STAAD Pro, or others.4. Performing design load assumptions in accordance with the ASCE 7-10.5. Creating 3D models for miscellaneous structures; concrete buildings, steel-framed buildings, security towers, maintenance shops, sunshades, warehouses, storages, culverts, and communication towers.6. Creating design drawings for the structures I have designed, and comparing and double-checking between structural design and analysis using engineering software and the drafted drawings.7. Creating shop construction drawings that show how the structures are to be erected taking into consideration safety requirements, time frame, available equipment & tools, and material availability.8. Creating detailed rebar drawings and formwork erection drawings for miscellaneous concrete members (foundations, beams, slabs, columns, and others)9. Supervising and remaining vigilant regarding all aspects of the structural steelwork construction activities. Responding with appropriate and necessary levels of supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents.
