Nadec is opening Tamheer opportunities in: Human resources – Business Administrative Tamheer Program is an on-the-job training program for fresh graduates in Saudi Arabia, aimed at providing practical training experience to prepares Saudi graduates to participate in the labor market through apply the academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment.Tamheer eligibility: · The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.· In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below· Should be a Saudi national.· Should have a minimum diploma degree or above.· Should not have been employed for last six months· Should not be currently employed.· Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program· Should be qualified in the Tamheer Program· شروط الالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير (طاقات)· يجب أن يكون المتدرب أو المتدربة سعودي الجنسية.· يجب ألا يلتحق المتدرب بأي عمل خلال فترة التدريب.· يجب ألا يكون قد سبق للمتدرب الاستفادة من البرنامج.· يجب أن يكون المتدرب حاصلا على درجة البكالوريوس فأعلى.· يجب ألا يكون اسم المتدرب مسجل في التامينات خلال الستة أشهر الماضية.Skills:· Good understanding of Excel and Power point· Fluent in English and Arabic· Positive attitude and go-getter.
