Media company has opened a full-time distance vacancy for a male Team Coordinator.Job responsibilities majorly include discovering and tracking new sales prospects, negotiating deals and ensuring good levels of customer satisfaction, and nurturing a long-term relationship with the client. Managing the team of 3-4 people and assigning and monitoring their task/activities.If you have excellent communication skills, do not shy away from reaching out to potential customers, and know the way of effectively demonstrating services and products through email and phone, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe major duties and responsibilities of a Team Coordinator Male are:– To promote the company’s services by expanding contacts and further developing long- term relationships with the prospect client– Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers.– Communicate project details both internally and externally.– Coordinate pre-production and on-shoot process: Budgeting, permits, deals, schedules with the production team.– Manage and monitor activities of all employees– To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits– Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity– Performing other duties related to Graphics, Web design when needed.– To recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients– To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients– To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results DESIRED SKILLS– Brilliant organization and time management skills, basic knowledge of Excel or Google sheets–Flexibility and adaptability– Organizational skills and the ability to multitask– The ability to be proactive and take the initiative– Excellent oral and written communication skills and can communicate well and competitively– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to grow– Excellent in the knowledge of MS Office– Fast learner– Serious and responsible– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach– Client Relationships– Negotiation Skills– Creativity
