As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for1. Planning and executing monthly sales targets for the team in the given time frame.2. Effectively managing client inquiries, concerns, and objections.3. Guiding/Training the agents on meetings, viewings and deal closing.4. Focus on the market so you can possess the knowledge of different projects to train and guide your team.5. Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.6. Lead the team to achieve the organizational goals & and targets.Qualifications1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in off-plan sales in Dubai.2. Proven track record in managing a team of brokers and achieving sales targets3. Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan regulations4. Have or Had a real estate license (RERA LICENSE).5. Hold a valid driver’s license and car.6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans7. Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills9. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously10. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate systems11. Professional, ethical, and transparent approach to real estate transactions12.
