Technical engineer with background in lightingWe need technical engineer that has background in lighting, with flexibility working as salesUnited Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi city Job Types: Full-timeFull Job Description:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering -Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanicalwith 1to2 years’ experience in Sales/Lighting background. technical engineer Job Duties:Lighting Designer Job Duties:1-Coordinate with directors and understand the goals and their overall vision. 2 -You will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high-quality proposals, and take part in tendering and bidding process. 4-Work and cooperate with consultants and engineers on the other side to achieve the best results for our clients5-Experience in Handling Lighting Projects, Brand Knowledge of Lighting brands, working with Lighting designers is highly desired. 6-Responsible for specifying suitable lighting products as per the project requirement.7-Uncover needs by utilizing consultative selling approach. 8-Present solutions and close sales by utilizing strong communication and closing skills.9-Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor’s products and pricing.10-Prepare and deliver sales presentation to customers as required Prepare drawings, sketches and specifications required, design or modify existing products to suit customer’s needs and prepares proposal for the customer.11-Prepare electrical engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, designs, specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.12-Experience with various lighting tools (fixtures, riggings, dimmers, etc.)13-Monitor regularly the outstanding debt statement and follow up to ensure collection of the credit in time.14-Keep track of the tenders floated by the government, semi- government and private sectors, obtain tender document, evaluate, prepare competitive quotations for the approval of the Sales Manager/ G.M and submit the same upon approval.15-Work with and develop high-level contact relationships with Customers.16-Regularly visit the existing as well as prospective customer to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationship and to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time.17- Explore new avenues of business such as new market, customers, new products in order to expand the field of operation and enhance the volume of sales and profit.The candidate should be expertise & Requirements:1-Flexibility working as sales 2-Manage Clients2- Experience & knowledge of Dialux software, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Adobe in design, and knowledge other designing tools.3-The candidate should possess excellent oral (in English) written and communication skills4-Creative mind, Flexible.5-Team player 6-Time management skills.7-Good listener & A keen attention-to-detail8-(MS Office packages).
