Description Du Poste Answer product and technical inquires from Sales team and customers Provide product solution and proposal to internal colleagues and external customers Provide technical trainings for sales team and customers Provide product’s latest presentations, sales tools, customer references, success stories for sales team to expand business Collect the competitor and latest product specifications as the basis of enhancing our own products’ performance. Give feedback of the application products and suggestion of developing new products Expand niche product business and give a plan to coaching sales team Help customers to solve technical problems on the field Take care of customers’ Oil Analysis To Carry out Lubrication chart and audit inspections Prepare Technical offers for tenders Develop, update, manage, control & safe keep formulations, specifications and other related technical information. Liaise with Total AP, additive suppliers, third party processors, blending plants and toll blending customers for all Analyze and find ways to optimize the formulation cost Manage new product codes in SAP system Assure implementing all government’s quality requirement to follow SASO regulations. Ensure Proper and timely completion of lube Equipment installations at customer premises
