Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support specialists troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new zid app market applications, among other duties.Moreover, technical support specialist need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.Key Responsibilities:Respond to partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges. Attend meetings with partners to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose the integration problems. Handling partner technical support cases through the communication channels. Maintains system functionality by testing API components.Reviewing the partners/product bugs and solving them by working closely with the engineers. Prioritize problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced employee.Consults with partners to determine appropriate APIs and assists in completing the integration. Testing and evaluating new solutions and APIs. Handling merchants tickets and reporting the issues to the partners. Following up with partners to ensure the problem is resolved. Key Requirements:Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Fresh-graduate or Less than two years previous experience a Technical Support or related role (such as in technical customer support, software engineering )Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.Good knowledge in User Experience, technical background and data analyticsExcellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluent in English and Arabic, writing and speaking. Good understanding of Application Programming Interface (API)Nice to haveUnderstanding/experience in SAAS platforms.Understanding/experience in eCommerce industryTechnical background with experience in integrations, software development or web technologies.
