Responsibilities• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.• Suggesting information about products and services. • Process orders & sending quotations.• Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Teams.• Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery• Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.Qualifications & Eligibility• 2 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.• Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).• Excellent customer service skills.• Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
