Position Snapshot:Title: Sales Capability Development ExecutiveLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaFull-TimePosition Summary:Develop Sales Academy Program as part of MENA Market Business Strategy. Enhance sales workforce skills/competencies by ensuring an up-to-date program is in place, and constantly strive on improving it.Manage training sessions across the 19 countries through liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.Deliver trainings based on plan agreed with Head of Sales Capability Development / Head of Sales/ HR ManagerA day in the life…Content Development: Identify gaps in sales community functional skills, based on functional competency framework.Constantly look for training options globally, and laise between stake holders.Actively support in development of Sales Academy program for MENA.Constantly strive to insure Nestle community recieves an up-to-date quality development program ahead of global standards.Support in driving non-classroom learning activities including providing reading material, streamlining marketplace, and sharing videos with relevant teams.Support in development of functional pairing package as part of Sales Academy program for MENA, by identifying development goals, through alignment with HRBP and Sales Capability Manager.Manage selection and development of trainers within MENA community, based on their experience/skillset to deliver trainings across 19 countries within the market, targeting Nestle Employees and Distributor teams.Look beyond the classroom to provide ways to develop teams from all levels and functions related to delivering results.Support in development of cross functional, cross country, and cross market assignments for employees from different departments and levels in the organization. (Requires connecting internally and with other markets)Training Effectiveness & Operations Management Monitor/analyze the efficiency of trainings and propose improvement to material.Manage training sessions across MENA Distributor Teams and Nestle team, while keeping in mind preparations/execution as per “session preparation checklist”.Constantly drive experiential and relationship-based training options and develop solution that are tailor made for KSA.Budget management/tracking and ensuring a healthy forecast is presented for each training solution.Delivery of Trainings: Sales Capability Development Executive will be expected to deliver trainings in-line with his/her experience, and accreditation based on a yearly plan aligned with head of Sales Capability Development.Support in drafting and overlooking the plans set for Sales and CDT community across MENA for all levels.What will make you successful..3-5 years successful experience in Sales, Commercial Development Team, or Brand management.Experience handling agencies and/or suppliers.Experience working with multifunction teams.Experience in managing people.FMCG experience is a must with minor exceptions for candidates with relevant experience with such a role in a different industry.Entrepreneurship history is a plus.Training/Facilitation experience is a plus
