Years of Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experienceBusiness Language Skills: English language proficiency level is Fluent Skills: • Data-driven consulting and visualization skills using PowerBI/Tableau/Python/Alteryx is preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment JD: • Strong Hospitality (Hotels/Cruises/Car Rentals/Gaming) industry experience in business consulting / IT Consulting is mandatory• Experience around the specific functional areas within the hospitality domain is preferred, such as o Property management systemso Guest experience and Personalizationo Procurement & Sourcingo Payments & Loyalty Managemento Hotels Revenue Management• Familiarity with industry leading hospitality platforms such as Amadeus Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred with an additional exposure to Adobe Experience Manager and understanding one of the cloud platforms – Azure / AWS / Google Cloud.• Exposure on applications of technology strategy across hospitality engagements is desirable, including:o Digital & Technology Strategy o Operating Model Designo Workforce Transformationo Cost Optimisationo IT Shared Services Strategyo Value case/ business case formulationo Agile ways of working and Enterprise Architecture• Conducts primary and secondary research to unearth facts and generate actionable insights with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen • Project delivery experience with small globally diverse teams in direct client-facing roles.
