We are looking for a reliable Call Center Executives to contact customers and claim outstanding debts towards their creditors.Responsibilities:- Utilize various tracing techniques and strategies to collect personal information of customers with outstanding debts- Contact customers with balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules- Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes- Locating and contacting debtors to inquire of their payment status- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plansRequirements:- Philippines Nationals will be the only preference- Proven experience in Call Center, Customer Services or Debt Collection agent- Call center or customer services experience is mandatory- Candidate should be available for immediate joining- Working knowledge of MS Office- Excellent communication and people skillsBenefits:- Visa & medical insurance will be provided- Fixed salary + incentives- Interview Dates & Timing:- Saturday, Jan 07, 2023- 09:00AM – 01:00PMInterested candidates may Walk-In for an interview:212 – City Bay Business Center, Abu Hail, Dubai.Opp. to Canadian Hospital.
