Walk-in Interview for Front Desk Sales OfficerPlease note that this position needs to be filled urgently, apply only if you can join immediately.Date: September 6, 2022 to September 7, 2022Time: 9:00AM to 1:00 PMLocation: Melodica Abu Dhabi Mall Branch, 3rd Floor, Abu Dhabi Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAESales Experience is a must.We are currently seeking experienced and energetic Front Desk Officers to join our growing operations.Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and competencies:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or AdministrationYoung, good-looking, jovial and pleasing personalityCandidate must not be more than 32 years of ageRelevant experience in a sales environment and strong client service orientation preferredProficient in English – verbal and writtenFlexible when it comes to reassignment of branches and shifting scheduleStrong IT systems knowledge – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPointGood administrative skillsThe successful candidate will undertake the following (included but not limited to):Ensure a smooth running of the daily operation of the branchPlace, receive and route a high volume of local or international calls and direct calls and respond to inquiries.Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customersManage all types of inquiries within your capacityUpdate the internal/external contact lists on regular basisPromote the company packages and servicesMeet monthly sales targets by promoting sales and assisting customers with queries relating to the sale of itemsGreet and assist visitors and screen to control interruptionsWelcome candidates cheerfully and inform concerned staffAnnounce the arrival of visitors/clients and schedule of students accordinglyProvide back-up data as neededArrange amenities as neededArrange “callbacks” to protect boss’s timeProvide back-up materials for callbacksArrange the rooms for the teachers and studentsWith relevant experience in “Sales” and able to meet “sales target”Suggests and contributes in policy & procedure making for the improvement of the Customer Service Department.Support in the development of the existing system to ensure upmost customer satisfaction.Benefits: Fixed Salary plus up to AED3,000.00 Commission
