Warehouse AssistantJob descriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.Responsibilities:• Assisting and supporting the warehouse team with daily activities.• Be the point of contact between the warehouse team and management.• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.• Ensuring maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.• Proficiency with ERP system for Inventory is a must.Additional Information:• The candidate should have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.• The candidate should also have experience with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment.• The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.• The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications• Associates’ degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management• Proficiency with ERP system for Inventory.• Ability to communicate in more than one language.• At least more 2 years relevant work experience in Manufacturing.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate
