The role holder will be responsible for designing the workforce strategy at STC level with number of needed resources to hire to achieve the company long & short strategic objective. The role holder also responsible for developing the workforce optimization plan in alignment with Business Partners, as well as develop set of guidelines, parameters and controls for the Business Partners to ensure alignment to the company strategy. The job incumbent shall carryout job duties and responsibilities in accordance with relied STC policies and regulations.- Participate in recommending changes to STC’s current organizational structure, as and when required, after careful analysis and research and submits these recommendations to the management for approval.Plan and coordinate with sectors and HRBP to assess and control manpower requirements with related BUs and FUs and conduct manpower analysis, validate and discuss issues/revisions with HRBP / team heads and formulates workable solutions.Facilitate the implementation of the approved annual budget for FTEs, contractor workforce and ensures that no variation nor new allocations are considered unless approved by the management.Contribute in managing the process of workforce strategy at STC level, to ensure reflecting the future workforce levels and numbers needed to achieve STC long and short-term strategic objectives.Contribute in the development of workforce optimization strategy to ensure that all units are over and above staffed areas of work are targeted and share the strategy with BP’s for execution.Develop workforce planning guidelines, parameters and ensure guidelines are documented and shared with BP’s to follow -Develop and document a clear work force planning policy and procedure to ensure implementation per quality standards.Provide ongoing advice to other people functions in particularly BP’s on matters related to workforce planning.
