1. To communicate with technical team of all parties involved to do the technical clarification;2. To execute detailed design of the project (including localization design, drawings and relative documents production);3. Site control including site survey, site supervision, site clarification, scope clarification and site coordination;4. Support for tendering and bidding, including BOQ production, drawing production, contractor management; Basic requirement1. Bachelor degree and above, major shall be architect or similar, age below 40, UAE driving license is a must;2. Based in Dubai, short-term business travel is necessary;3. Fluent English speaking, native Arabic speaking is preferential;4. At least 5 years’ experience of architect and civil construction industry;5. Be skilled for basic software such as Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketchup and Photoshop.6. Be familiar with Middle East regulations and procedures, design sketch, shop drawings and 3D model drawings production is a must;
