4. Hire, train, and oversee new staff.

5. Respond and deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

6. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

7. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

8. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

9. Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

10. Monitor inventory levels and order new items. 

11. Additional store manager duties as needed.

12. Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.

13. Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.

14. Ensures availability of merchandise and services by managing stock of products.

15. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
