1. Daily inspection of Watchman’s attendance.2. Supervise the daily work and performance of all Watchmen & Security assigned in all properties including relocation/transfer from one property to another and at the same time informing concerned departments as well regarding reshuffling of any building watchmen/security.3. Supervise the physical condition of all Properties including cleanliness and maintenance of all facilities while making sure everything is in order.4. Coordinates all maintenance problem of the Building/Property directly to Maintenance Department.5. Supervise and purchase all materials/equipment required for cleaning (building/property).6. Coordinates all instructions from Sales Coordinator to any Building Watchman.7. Supervise Distribution and collection of all official documents from the Office or from Tenants/Clients.8. Submission of Weekly report for all properties visited to Secretary of Real Estate Manager.9. Visiting the properties according to the schedule from Sunday to Thursday.10. Reports to Executive Secretary of Real Estate Manager.
