Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Objectives: BI engineers design, implement, and maintain systems used to collect and analyze business intelligence data. They create dashboards, databases, and other platforms that allow for efficient collection and evaluation of BI data. Key Duties & Responsibilities Creates effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytical dashboards / analytical tools for business users using different tools like Qlik-Sense.Managing and enhancing big data application, providing machine learning solutions like prediction analysisBuild and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards along with data refresh scheduling.Perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples).Analyzing complex and disparate data structures, blending, or writing custom advanced SQL where required.Managing reporting server setup and administration.Analyzing data in the Data Warehouse along with working on determining additional fields and data points that need to be added.Develop optimal data management and reporting practices, including best practice identification network usage analysis, and missed opportunity/leakage analysis.Perform ad hoc data trend analysis and reporting.Evaluate business requirements and transfer into technical requirements with optimal solutions.Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Training, Languages, etc.) Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or information systems. Must be comfortable designing and implementing data collection and analysis systems. Familiarity with data visualization software programs and related tools.Minimum Work Experience:Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the relevant role.Experience with computer programming or an engineering background is an advantage.Data modellingDatabase management and reporting.Data mining Programming languages
