Type of Business: Automotive Services and Building Architectural Films.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and Well Versed in ExcelWith or without experience are welcome to apply.Duties and Responsibilities:• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare invoices & samples for customer orders.• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.• Receiving customers in the showroom and demonstrating products to help them choose the most appropriate options.• Answer customer phone calls and record details. Explain relevant product information and prices in an effort to close the sale. • Monitoring installation of window tint, car paint protection, car detailing, and vehicle graphics (automotive).• Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices and LPOs.• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
