Housekeeper

Greystonedubai.com, a five starts holiday villa in Damac Hills 1, is looking for a live-in housekeeper to take charge of the property. The duties include indoor and outdoor housekeeping, towels and sheets washing & drying, monitoring of all assets condition (furniture, equipment, facilities, accessories etc), communicating and coordinating guests arrival and departure. Greystone hosts families and groups of responsible adults from a minimum stay of five nights. Greystone does not allow parties or events and does not rent individual rooms.The housekeeper will live in the dedicated maid’s room on the ground floor on private basis with private bathroom and independent access. He/she will be engaged in his/her duties only in the morning hours according also to guest’s preferences and will be present upon guests arrival/check-in and departure/check-out to extend a five stars welcome and goodbye.Greystones is not always booked so there will be many days where the property will be without guests, these days will be useful to supervise the property maintenance, deep cleaning session etc The property maintenance and laundry ironing is outsourced to third parties which the housekeeper will need to communicate with.Greystone is a wonderful environment to work in, located in a safe and premium community well connected by private and public transport. The right candidate will enjoy a clean and private accommodation with independent access and a relatively light workload within the property itself.This is a great opportunity for those with great communication skills and luxury hospitality experience that wish to work independently and deliver a high standard of attention to details.Housekeeping experience is a must as well as the ability to communicate fluently in English with the landlord and the guests.Salary offered is AED 2,200 + one return ticket per year + visa + medical insurance + private room and bathroom within the property itself.
