HR and Government Relations Officer

To develop, implement and maintain the government relations strategy, and corporate communication to maintain a positive image within our clients, ministries and government departments, and the society in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and implement policies and procedures related to GR function.Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputations with high public officials and their staff.Manage all processes relating to Governmental issues.Acting as the first point of contact for senior management with regard to government relations.Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.Obtaining company registration, registration with chambers of commerce, zakat certificate, visas, work permits, GOSI, and iqamas for all employees.Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required.Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required.Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies while processing them, and submitting them to the concerned employee.Assist to manage the allocated annual governmental budget by controlling expenditures, taking cost reduction initiatives, and reporting variances in actual versus budgeted amounts, to ensure effective cost management practices.Follow up all renewals, and maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.Manage all processes related to the ministry of labor and Qiwa platforms- Visas issuance and its balance- Certificates of Saudization and wages protection compliance      – Work permits, Kafala transfer, change positions     – Ajeer contracts and notifications       – Escape reports       – Dispute ResolutionManage all processes related to the Muqeem platform (Iqamas renewal, change positions, Muqeem prints, … etc)Manage the full cycle related to GOSI (Add/update/remove), invoices, and related commitment certificates.Responsible for company compliance in Mudad through adding electronic contracts and wages protection commitments.Responsible for the company’s compliance with Saudization per% and the Nitaqat programDevelop and manage the full processes of TAQAT program, and follow up on its support and invoices.Preparing letters, and finalizing the attestation procedures from the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign AffairsProvide reports on a monthly basis for all government relations processes.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, MBA is a plus+5 years related business experience handling Government relationsOutstanding knowledge of Saudi Labor LawExcellent contacts with the Government entities and Law Enforcement Authorities in Saudi ArabiaExcellent user of all online governmental platforms, such as (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, .. ets)Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFluency in Arabic and Professional in EnglishOnly Saudi citizens will be considered for this post
