An international IT company is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the position of an Personal Assistant to the General Manager based in Dubai, UAE with majority of time working from home.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. The main responsibilities will include:• Support the manager with working on documentations and presentations.• Support the manager with local and global search for various topics as needed.• Proactively providing administrative support to the management team, assisting with reports, presentations and documentation.• Representing the GM to third parties internally and externally i.e. booking meetings, dealing with certain queries.• Managing and organizing trips, meetings and conferences • Support with calendar management• Performs other duties as assignedSkills:• At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management.• Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.• High proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.• Detail oriented and proactive.• Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
