Production Manager

Looking for experienced Production manager from the Electrical and Instrumentation field with knowledge on package projects. Knowledge and expertise on Hazardous area products and specification will be an added advantage.Requirements and skills Proven experience for 10 -12 years in production Experience of having worked in Integrated solution providercompany(package industry) with exposure to multi-disciplinesmajorly Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical is a must. Deep knowledge of production management Understanding of quality standards and health & safetyregulations Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in MS Office and ERP software Outstanding communication ability Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferredResponsibilities Liaise with other Department managers to formulate objectivesand understand requirements Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel(quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, rawmaterials etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Interested candidates may send their CV to info at tecumex dot com
