We are looking for a qualified MALE ARABIC-SPEAKING ACCOUNTANT WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Financial-Keep accurate accounting records of assigned projects.- Track costs with the ability to minimize costs to yield increased project margins.- Book monthly personnel and equipment allocation based on input from Operations Department.- Assist the Project Controller/Project Manager to ensure monthly cost and revenue recognition are accounted for.- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports ensuring compliance with published deadlines.- Prepare monthly project forecasts in liaison with Project Controller/Project Manager.- Managing cash and preparing cash flow forecasts.Required Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree holder- Proven working experience (3 YEARS ABOVE) as an accountant in a construction/contracting company.- Excellent accounting software user- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality- Arabic speaker- Fluency in English Language, both written and spoken.
