Main Responsibilities: 1. Develop and nurture deep tenant relationships to drive deal volume and strategic partnerships 2. Manage the preparation of materials for tenant meetings and proposals 3. Introduce & coordinate business development opportunities for other business units within AOIC when necessary 4. Develop complete knowledge and understanding of market dynamics, demographics, competition, etc. along with strong working relationships with brokers, retail clients, government officials, etc. 5. Review detailed contracts, project development budgets and comprehensive site approval packages 6. Create and oversee property management and leasing contracts 7. Direct the negotiation and approval of new lease documents 8. Oversee all business issues in all new deals for the tenants 9. Coordinate with Director of leasing and GM Operation and Projects VP on projects under development 10. Review and monitor monthly budget variance reports and construction draws. 11. Ongoing training, evaluation and mentoring of his team 12. Provide active management through goal setting, one-on-one meetings, quarterly and annual reviews and other forms of constructive feedback 13. Developing work by presenting and making initiatives and innovations, and searching for best practices that can be applied. 14. Motivate and encourage employees to help and provide constructive new suggestions and opinions. 15. Work to provide full support to the work team, establish a communication mechanism, and provide appropriate guidance to ensure the progress of work and correct deviations, if any.
