1. Company Background

Platinumlist is an online event guide and innovative ticketing solutions provider that has been operating in the Gulf region for over a decade (2009). The client has grown to be the largest provider in the GCC region servicing events in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar,  Kuwait, and Lebanon. 

 

 Platinumlist provides ticketing solutions for the following sectors: 

Entertainment events large and small
Business events, event visitor registration services, and badging. 
Sport events
Football 
Triathlons and Runs 
Tourism attraction tickets 
Box Office solutions for venue ticketing, including stadiums, theatres and cinemas (currently they serve 15 stadiums and one theatre LaPerle)
Marketing solutions for events
Cinema tickets aggregation

 

2. Current situation:
 

Currently, the Saudi market is considered one of the fastest-growing markets in the GCC region. Platinumlist is striving to strengthen its sales team to ensure leadership in the region. Thus, the CEO has decided to hire strong sales professionals including a Sales Executive and to improve sales performance in the region. 

 

Key Goal:

To develop key account management, well-connected in the event industry 
 

Key priorities:

Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of PL products, access control equipment, and cloud services. 
Handle incoming inquiries through different stages of need analysis by thoroughly understanding the requirement of the client.
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
Talk with customers to assess the requirement and to determine the solution using different PL services.
Study RFPs and Prepare technical presentations.
Explain the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
Giving technical presentations and sales.
Needs to work with research and development departments.
Periodically research and survey for a better understanding of competitor products and offers.
Stay knowledgeable about your field's updates in science and research.
Generate reports on various fields (Sales, Leads, market analysis, product scope, etc.) as requested by the line manager.
