Through an integrated, holistic approach, our professionals provide solutions for building envelope, energy efficiency, sustainability, code advisory and construction advisory projects.SOCOTEC’s combination of expertise, experience and methods are increasingly recognized as best-in-class fueling significant growth.Job DescriptionDescription of the Role> Responsible for the delivery of the quality structural engineering services to Socotec clients.> Responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with relevant instructions> Comply with SOCOTEC’s group policies and procedures> Achieve and maintain the highest qualification levels determined by SOCOTEC for the relevant consultancy disciplinesMain Tasks> Proceed with the review of documents according to the level of checking designated by the Management> Filter and select the applicable requirements verify that evidences are justified in the Design Package under review.> Insure compliance with standards, best practice, codes, regulations, etc…> Give a proven technical opinion to the submitted calculation notes and elements subject to the technical review> Elaborate and submit document review reports.Health And Safety Responsibilities> To comply with Socotec International and client quality, safety and environmental systems and procedures at all times.> Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is completed.> To work within the team to develop a culture where everyone embraces, upholds and accepts responsibility for a safe workplace, a healthy working life, a sustainable environment and the right and duty to intervene.Qualifications> Degree qualified in civil engineering> Minimum of 5 years’ experience> Experienced in international codes and local regulations notably the SBC CodeAdditional InformationWE OFFER Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision.
