Senior Sales Executive (Generators & Power)

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be accountable for generating sales through maintaining strong relationships with clients and developing new opportunities and partnerships. Also, plans and achieves sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery while overseeing Sales Executives.Responsibilities:Support the Sales Manager in setting the sales targets, preparing periodic forecasts and adjusting sales plans to meet budgets;Study the market for potential clients, approach and build new partnerships leading to sales growth and new opportunities;Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers through continuous visits, updates and other initiatives;Visit customers to review product/service needs, update orders and follow up on deliverables and other pending issues accordingly;Deal with customers’ complaints taking appropriate decisions and report consequent actions to concerned;Negotiate and finalize prices and terms of payments with customers within approved brackets and report on action taken and closed deals;Update customers regularly on any product/service changes, new introductions and modifications;Maintain and update customers’ accounts and database on a regular basis;Conduct regular market visits, prepare a competitor’s analysis report and build recommendations to increase sales and enhance market positioning;Coordinate with the concerned departments on the introduction of new products/services in the market and stay abreast on modifications and latest changes;Grant payment facilities and set the credit limit profile for each customer with respect to payments and order history in coordination with concerned;Maintain a smooth workflow with other units coordinating campaigns, sales metrics and timely deliverables;Train the Sales Executive(s) and oversee their daily activities.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Sales and Marketing experience in Power, generators and / or Renewable energy salesAt least 4 years of relevant experience
